These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Pro Bulk SMS ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any Pro Bulk SMS service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Pro Bulk SMS provides bulk SMS, WhatsApp messaging, OTP delivery, voice call, and related digital communication services. The scope, features, and pricing may be updated periodically.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms

4. Payment Terms

  • All plans are 100% advance payment — services are activated after payment confirmation
  • All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be charged additionally
  • Credits purchased are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
  • We do not offer refunds for unused credits, except as outlined in our refund policy

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following specific circumstances only:

  • WhatsApp campaigns: credits refunded for numbers identified as not active on WhatsApp
  • Technical failures caused solely by our platform resulting in zero delivery
  • Duplicate payment transactions (refunded within 7–10 days)

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
  • Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
  • Phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any person or entity
  • Any activity that violates Indian law, including the IT Act 2000

7. TRAI Compliance

All promotional SMS campaigns must comply with TRAI's regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your campaign content, sender IDs, and message templates are properly registered on the DLT platform.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pro Bulk SMS's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are the property of Pro Bulk SMS or its licensors.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
